I'm gundarN...
In a vain attempt to get you guys to post more, I have decided to reveal a little about the enigma that is gundarN. While my main weapon of choice is the arcade cabinet, I have a very deep love for the PC Engine, Mega Drive, Amiga, Jeff Minter and most recently the Super Famicom. I have been gaming since the year of our Lard 1982 when a chance trip to Butlins led to my discovery of Space Invaders, Scramble and all the other stuff out at the time. For your information, I was born in 1972. This led to my eventual aquirement of the lovely ZX Spectrum as my first games machine. Since then I have owned and enjoyed the following: SNES (PAL) SFC (JAP) Mega Drive 2 (PAL) Mega Drive (Asian) Amiga 1200 Amiga 600 CD32 (PAL) PS1 (PAL) Saturn (PAL) Saturn (Jap) PS2 (PAL) PS2 (Jap) Dreamcast (PAL) Virtual Boy Game Boy Game Boy Pocket Game Boy Micro Nintendo DS Game Boy Advance Game Boy SP Nintendo DS Lite Gamegear Gamecube (Jap) Gamecube (PAL) Atari 2800 XBOX (PAL) 360 (PAL) PS3 (PAL) GP32 PSP (Jap) Wonder Swan Nuon Neo Geo Pocket Jaguar Nintendo 64 (PAL) PC Engine Core Grafx II PC Engine Super CD-Rom2 I think that about covers it, and although I don't currently own eveything on my list, I do own most still (as shown in bold). I admit to having a slightly unhealthy obsession with games (not just the hardware), and you must remember that todays hits are tomorrows retro-crap. It is my hope that this forum becomes my regular fix for old-school gaming information (like what SFC games do I need to buy next), so I encourage you to post and share the joy of retro-stuff. Am I scaring you with this?

Yup, Space Giraffe may only be a new version of Tempest (even if he says it isn't); but it's a fine, fine game for £5.

The only famous dude I've met connected to gaming is Clive Barker, and this was before Undying was released. I'm hoping that his upcoming Jericho has more going for it than just good FMV's. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xna6Zawqeh0 I've only purchased 10 of the systems gundarN has listed above. I had my own video game store from 90-94, and eventually lost the battle to bigger competition who could afford to stock every crappy game. I'd have to say Genesis is my all time favorite. It was paradise to be a gamer when it was in its prime. ToeJam and Earl, Gunstar Heroes, Streets of Rage, Road Rash, Strider, so many games that delivered much more than you were expecting.
