Sin & Punishment Anyone played Sin & Punishment for the N64? I would need to track down a Jap machine in order to play it and I'm not always 100% sure about Treasure games, some people seem to love them just for the sake of it. Mind, some of their games are really good too.

Not played it, but watched Retro Gamer editor Darran Jones play it for ages at the Retro Fusion event last year... it looks superb.
But I'd hold off on buying a Jap machine, the N64 version is possibly being released on the Wii's Virtual Console. (This was mentioned in a recent Nintendo newsletter, and the fact that the Australian censors had passed the English language version a couple of months ago)

I'd still rather own and play the original. I'm sad like that.

I've got a Jap N64 and one of those naughty Bung disk drive thingys that sit underneath (shhhhhhhhh . . .) and, to be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the game.
Having said that I'm not as thrilled about Treasure games in general as everybody else seems to be . . .maybe it's all in the depth of their stuff and I never tend to play games for that long . . .

I thought it was one of the better 'mature' games for n64, alongside Shadowman. It has shooting elements of Space Harrier mixed with House of the Dead, with a touch of Contra styled bosses. Other than the cheesy script, it has good bones throughout.
